Shipping

• The goods will be sent in a Priority letter (EU and Finland) which takes 3-4 business days and Economy letter (rest of the world) which can take up to 15 business days.
• We will usually ship your order on the next business day, and always within 3 business days.
• In case of unexpected shortage of the product, we will contact you and offer a refund.

Return policy

The Finnish Consumer protection laws guarantee a 14-day period of returns for products bought from a web store. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund for the returned package, and you will only pay for the return cost.

Return costs will be at your charge. You have 14 days from the arrival of your package to process the return.

The returned products must be unused and in good condition. We will process the refunds upon the arrival of the return package. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you placed your order on.

Damaged or lost packages

If your product is damaged or lost on the way, please contact us at hello@cluehound.com so we can help you and send you a new one. In the case of damaged package, please send us a photo of the damage.
