Delivery Terms

To order the product, you must provide an email and shipping address. We will only contact you about the product you purchased, and we’ll never share your address or email with third parties. Your payment will be processed by Stripe.

Shipping

The goods will be sent in a Priority letter (EU and Finland) which takes 3-4 business days (there might be delays in shipping due to Covid situation) and Economy letter (rest of the world) which can take up to 15 business days. We will usually ship your order on the next business day, and always within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification via email. If there is unexpected shortage of the product, we will contact you and offer a refund.

Return policy

The Finnish Consumer protection laws guarantee a 14-day period of returns for products bought from a web store. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund for the returned package, and you will only pay for the return cost.

Damaged or lost packages

If your product is damaged or lost on the way, please contact us at hello@cluehound.com so we can help you and send you a new one. In the case of damaged package, please send us a photo of the damage.
